Refund and Returns Policy

VESLMORA RETURN & EXCHANGE GUIDELINES

Refined Service. Seamless Returns.

We strive to make your experience with Veslmora effortless, even if your purchase isn’t quite right. You may return items within 30 days of your order date, provided the following guidelines are met:


🔁 RETURN ELIGIBILITY
  1. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags intact.

  2. Items with QR code security tags must have the tag still attached.

  3. Original packaging—authenticity cards, dust bags, garment covers, and shoe boxes—must be included.

  4. Footwear must be returned with unmarked soles in their original, undamaged shoe box. Please try them on over a carpeted surface.

  5. Swimwear and undergarments should be tried over personal garments and must retain their protective hygiene liner.

  6. Non-alcoholic beauty products (e.g., lotions, gels) are returnable only if the protective seal is untouched.


🚫 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
  • Personalized or monogrammed items

  • Fragrances, aftershaves, or cosmetics containing alcohol

  • Items that are used, stained, altered, or damaged post-purchase


📦 HOW TO RETURN
  1. Visit our Return Portal (linked above) and enter your Order Number and Email Address.

  2. Select the items to return and indicate your reason.

  3. Download your prepaid Veslmora return label and packing slip.

  4. Ensure items include all tags and authenticity materials.

  5. Place your returns securely in the original Veslmora box or similar sturdy packaging. Remove old labels and affix the new one.

  6. Drop off the package at your nearest courier partner location or schedule a pickup.

  7. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return is in transit.

  8. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receipt. Funds will be returned to the original payment method, and may take up to 10 additional business days to reflect, depending on your bank.


🎁 RETURNING A GIFT?

If the item was purchased as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser’s account.


🏬 BOUTIQUE RETURNS

At this time, online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at Veslmora boutiques. Similarly, boutique purchases are not eligible for online returns.


🔄 EXCHANGES

We currently do not support direct item exchanges. Please place a new order and return the original item as per the instructions above.


🛠️ RECLAMATIONS & FAULTY ITEMS

Products are considered faulty if they arrive damaged, or a manufacturing fault occurs within 24 months of purchase.
For such cases, use the prepaid return label to send the item back, or contact our Client Concierge for further guidance.

Please note: Items worn or used beyond initial trial (such as prolonged wear) cannot be classified as faulty.
