All Veslmora garments follow Italian sizing standards. You’ll find a Size Guide on each product page to help you convert and select the right fit.

What if I order the wrong size?
Don’t worry—our return policy allows you to easily exchange or return items that don’t fit. For personalized sizing guidance, reach out to our Client Service team.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

Are all Veslmora items in stock online?
Our collections are exclusive and limited. If an item or size is unavailable, you can sign up for restock alerts directly on the product page.

Can I check availability at Veslmora stores?
Our online store reflects web inventory only. For boutique stock, please use our Store Locator or contact our support team.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we only offer shipping within the Europe. We apologize for any inconvenience.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or through the carrier's website.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER

If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it by contacting our customer service team. If your order has already shipped, you may need to return the items according to our Returns Policy.

REPAIRS & WARRANTY

Do you offer product repairs?
Yes, we offer complimentary repairs on eligible sunglasses, watches, and leather goods up to 24 months from purchase—only for verified manufacturer defects.

Is there a warranty on Veslmora watches?
All Veslmora timepieces are covered by a 2-year global warranty. Extended warranties are available through our Client Services team.

When do Veslmora sales happen?

Do you offer price adjustments?
